Information we collect automatically:
- Usage data: Features used, navigation patterns
- Device information: Device type, operating system, app version
- Technical data: IP address, error logs
- Performance data: App crashes, load times, system performance
We only collect information necessary to provide and improve our services. You control what business and client data you add to Invoice Flow.
How We Use Information
We use your information to:
- Provide services: Create invoices, manage clients, sync data across devices
- Account management: Authenticate users, process subscriptions, provide support
- Improve our app: Fix bugs, develop features, optimize performance
- Security: Prevent fraud, protect accounts, monitor for threats

Marketing communications are opt-in only. We won't send promotional emails unless you specifically subscribe.
We don't use your data for advertising or create user profiles for marketing purposes. Your invoice and client data is never used for promotional activities.

- Enforcing our terms of service
Business transfers: If Invoice Flow is acquired, user data may be transferred as part of the transaction.
All service providers sign agreements requiring them to protect your data and use it only for specified purposes. They cannot use your information for their own purposes.

- Log out from shared or public devices

In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting your data, we'll notify you within 72 hours and provide details about what happened and our response.

- Deletion: Delete your account and personal data

- In-app settings: Access, modify, or export your data directly

- Account deletion: Delete your account through app settings
Data retention: We keep your data while your account is active, for:
- Grace period for account recovery
- Invoice data for tax compliance (anonymized after 1 year)
- Technical logs for security and debugging
