End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Byte Sized Software ("Licensor") for the use of the ExpenseFlow mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to this Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

The App and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of Byte Sized Software. This Agreement does not convey to you any rights of ownership in the App.

4. User Data

All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in your personal iCloud account. The Licensor does not have access to, collect, or store your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Licensor does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

ExpenseFlow is a personal expense tracking tool and does not provide financial advice, tax guidance, or accounting services. The App is not a substitute for professional financial advice. You should consult a qualified financial professional for financial decisions.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

9. Apple's Role

You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Byte Sized Software only, not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App or your possession and use of the App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to This Agreement

The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
